Features

• Inner slide mount frame is constructed of 16 gauge cold rolled furniture steel to prevent racking. Outer shell, drawer sides, and drawer fronts are constructed of 21 gauge cold rolled furniture steel.
• All drawers, including box drawers, come standard with 100 lbs. rated full extension steel ball bearing slides.
• All cabinets come standard with a removable core lock that can be easily changed in the field. Lock plugs are located in the upper right hand corner on the face of the pedestal.
• Regardless of the exterior color of the pedestal the interior of the drawer is finished in a neutral dark charcoal finish. Removable drawer dividers are available for box and file drawers and must be specified separately.
• Laminate or steel tops available for mobile and freestanding pedestals.

Drawer Fronts

Pedestals may be ordered with any of three drawer front options at no additional charge. Front style must be specified when ordering.

SMI pedestals are available in any of our twelve standard powder coat finishes. Contact our Customer Service department for current color chart. Special powder coat colors are available, but may require a deposit and additional lead time. Color samples are required and matches must be approved by customer before proceeding with order.

Accessories

• Removable drawer dividers are available for box and files drawers and must be specified separately.
   
• Drop-in Pencil Tray has four molded compartments for supplies and fits neatly in front of a box drawer. Black finish only.
  
  
• Media Storage Bin has ribs to vertically support 24 CD-ROMs or up to 56 floppy disks. Fits into any file drawer. Black finish only.

SMI pedestals come standard with a Lifetime Warranty in material and workmanship.
