Above: “Plug and Play”— power, data and communication cables may run from ceiling through wire management pole (front cover removed) at any corner (L), Tee, or X connector position. Cabling can be “laid in” on the panel top cross member or run through the numerous openings in the panel frames. Top lay-in capability allows data/communication cabling to be installed even after the tiles and hang-on components have been set up. A cable consolidation point may be created in any panel 30” or wider. Mounting components allow 19” patch panels to be used (Amp, Siemon, Panduit, etc.). This permits facility manager/IT managers flexibility to choose the desired brand of cabling components. Mounts allow patch panel to be placed in a flat horizontal position or inclined forward 20 degrees for easier plug-in access.

Above: An overall view of data cable and power management capabilities in the panel frames. (Electric) power can be mounted at the baseline (floor) or beltline (desktop) or both. Power (electrical raceways) or data access can be mounted at virtually any level on the system. Data port access on the raceway tile is located above electric raceway to minimize the possibility of interference. Power may be accessed from one level while data is accessed from another. OPEN permits unlimited configuration options and can easily be changed or modified at the job site.

Above: Double-lock tile
for cabling consildation point to prevent unauthorized access. Lockable tile is removed to reveal conolidation point for data/communication cabling.
Above: Cabling may be run over the top of the door frame and even to adjacent panels of lower height. OPEN cabling options have almost no configuration constraints.

Below: Pedestals are available with many drawer pull options, styles and sizes.
All components are assembled with a #8
washer head self-taping teck screw.
This means no slipping screw inserts, no hunting
for the correct fasteners or the proper tools,
and no stripped or crossed threads. The only tools
required are a battery-powered drill
with a Phillips screwdriver tip and a
small ratchet wrench with a 1/4” driver
to adjust the leveling screws. Extra holes are provided in each key component so the system can be dismantled and reinstalled many times even if some of the holes become worn. All panel connectors are eacy to align, access and level. All structural components are extremely strong to resist racking or twisting.
